Cremation in Chilliwack: what to expect

Bringing your loved one into our care
We answer the phone 24 hours a day and arrange the transfer from wherever your loved one is in Chilliwack. Transfer from a hospital is included in our package. A transfer from a home, hospice or care home adds $145.00.

Cremation takes place at our own crematorium in Aldergrove, about 45 km from Chilliwack City Hall.
After the cremation
We call you when the cremated remains are ready. You can pick them up at our Aldergrove office at no charge, or our staff can hand-deliver them to you in Chilliwack for $95.00.
Chilliwack Cemeteries, a private cemetery on Little Mountain at 10010 Hillcrest Drive, has in-ground cremation plots, niche walls, a scattering garden and two ossuaries. Vedder View Gardens Cemetery, a family-owned cemetery in Sardis, has cremation spaces and granite niche walls.
Across BC, ashes can generally be scattered on Crown land and in provincial parks, with consideration for others. On private land, ask the owner first, and in towns and cities, local bylaws apply. We can also scatter the ashes at sea on your behalf for $95.00.
