Who is this plan for?

This preplanning step is NOT for arranging a cremation for anyone who has already passed or who is imminent, or at
- Hospice,
- Palliative Care,
- Home for an Expected Death in the Home, or
- other End-of-Life Care facility.
This online process is only for those expected to live beyond 12 months. For those who are facing a more immediate need or in the event of a recent loss, please complete an arrangement for someone who has passed or expected to pass soon or call us anytime at (604) 856-2346.

At the time of passing, the Executor or next-of-kin will be required to complete the necessary documentation, with the prepaid funds then used to cover the services.

Original Death Certificates

We include one original death certificate. Would you like to add additional Death Certificates for $27 each?

Immediate Transfer Fee - Home, Hospice, etc.

This fee covers the cost of immediate transfers from residences, hospices, care homes, and similar facilities. Recognizing the challenges in planning for such events, we offer the option to prepay for immediate transfer services, ensuring cost certainty. Should the transfer be initiated from a General Hospital, this fee will be fully refunded upon passing. Would you like to add an allowance for immediate transfer for $145?

Pacemaker

Pacemakers, defibulators, neuromodulation and other devices which may contain batteries run the risk of explosion and constitute a hazard to equipment and employees. A supplementary charge of $75 is required for the removal of any pacemaker.
