To all our family I leave condolences for the passing of a unique father. From him I learned about so many things - a strong work ethic, love of nature and animals, love of hiking and camping, love of sailing. He encouraged us to live our dreams, and supported my career choice as a veterinarian even though at the time it was thought of as a career for men (how that has changed). He was very independent and strong mentally throughout his life up until his passing. May his spirit soar and his final rest be in peace.
Joanne
