Sarah passed away peacefully at Burnaby General Hospital on Feb. 8, 2022, at the age of 90 years. She is survived by her beloved husband of 67 ½ years, Les; daughter Karen; son Larry (Michele); 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends.
Sarah loved to sew and cross stitch – she was very good in both. She so thoroughly enjoyed being in the company of her family, particularly her children and grandchildren. She will be missed by many life-long friends and family. We say good-bye for now, to one so loved; you will never be forgotten.
A Celebration of Sarah’s life will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2022, at 1100H, at First Lutheran Church, 5745 Wales St., Vancouver.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of one’s choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
