Joseph Edgar Arsenault

Joseph Edgar Jr Arsenault ---- August 19, 1934 – April 2, 2022 

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our  Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great-grandfather , Brother, Uncle and Friend.  Joe passed away peacefully at Cascade Hospice in Chilliwack after a brief but fatal encounter with pancreatic cancer. 

Joe is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Lynne  (Chilliwack.)   Daughter Carla Arsenault (Vancouver).  Step children,  Kevin Harris/Laura Glass (Seattle Wa),  Nathan/Deanna Kalles (Edmonton AB), Dianne/Shawn Boothman (Ft Saskatchewan AB),  Deborah/RoyEl Caswell (Chillliwack BC),   Sister Ramona/John Gallant and brother Edward Arsenault ( Summerside PEI).  He leaves behind thirteen grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews. 

Joe left his hometown of Summerside at the age of 16 and joined the Canadian Signal Corp where he served in the first United Nations Emergency Peacekeeping Force  in the Middle East.  Upon returning to Canada he became a member of  the Motorcycle Display Recruiting Team performing all across Canada. 

In 1963 Joe moved to the west Coast where he worked in the poultry industry for twenty plus years before trying his hand in the construction field. 

Joe was loved and will be missed by all that knew him.
