Janyce Powell (Cox) age 84 passed away peacefully on December 6, 2019 in Maple Ridge, BC. She was born on March 11th, 1935 to Evelyn and William(Bill) Cox in The Pas, Manitoba. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Risa and son in-law Cory, granddaughter Madison; her son Jeff (grandsons Graham and Adam); her sisters Gladys and Rheta and many nieces and nephews and friends. A cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held in the summer of 2020.

Janyce always loved the joy of living and had an unflagging interest in and care for those around her. She was always full of fun.   She treasured her family, especially her granddaughter Madison, and was a big part of her life. She was always up for any adventure and embraced life with a smile and a positive disposition. We know that your life was challenging at the end and you were unable to live it in the way you wanted to, we understand that it was time for you to go, but you will be sorely missed and forever cherished.
