Debra Ann Swain, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away suddenly on September 15th, 2024, at the age of 64, surrounded by the love of her family and friends.
Born on June 1st, 1960, to Noel Hilliard and Marilyn Foulds, She is now peacefully reunited with her mother, Marilyn, and her sister, Julie, who both preceded her in passing.
Debra’s spirit lives on through her father, Noel, her three sons, Joel, Adam, and Nick, and her five grandchildren, who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
